WELCOME

Welcome to the Multimedia and Web Design (MAWD) User Group.  The vision of our group is to bring together design professionals and those who are interested in the design industry.  To facilitate the collaboration process, we would like to know more about you.  Please post an introduction or bio about yourself to the site.  Click the “Discussion Area” link under Resources.  If you have any examples of pictures or projects you have done in the past, please post those as well.  Click the “Media Gallery” link under Resources.   The industry is always growing and improving, so if you have any suggestions for topics, we are happy to hear them. 

All members will have an opportunity to do a presentation for one of the events.  If you happen to miss a meeting or an event, as a member, you will have access to previous meetings through Adobe connect.  Other membership benefits include: raffles from Adobe for software and raffles from New Horizons Computer Learning Center of Southern California for free classes.

Welcome again and we hope you are looking forward to experiencing “MAWDERN” design with the Adobe Creative Suite and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers of Southern California.

Riddle:

I fit nicely in the palm of your hand. I have a tail but some of my brothers and sisters don’t have one. You shouldn’t stare into my eye too long or it can be damaging. I typically have a tattoo on my back. My spine is very small and typically rigid and will help you travel. I usually take short walks and at times I get dizzy. For some reason my left ear seems to be what people play with the most. Although I am not colorful I have seen others with color. I usually stare at the same thing for long periods of time.
