Position: Senior Flex Development Engineer

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Description:

We are using flash and large-scale distributed system technology to build the best online education virtual world for kids. If you have a love for building flashy application and games, or constructing a fun and real virtual world, or building an online platform enabling others to develop amazing applications on it, then this job is for you.

 

1. Design and develop flash based applications and services.

2. Improve the overall client flash platform architecture for better productivity.

3. Investigate core technology practices and optimize resource utilization. Always drive for better application performance and quality with less package size, cpu and memory.

4. Work with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain client expectations

5. Expand personal and team knowledge of flash technology products

Required Experience

Requirements:

1. Always drive to be a better technology expert, love to build things, solve hard problems and challenge current business practices with new technology offerings.

2. Have proficient experience developing action scripts, flex and web applications.

3. A client architecture expert. Knows how to develop and scale a flash-based technology solution to support millions of concurrent users from the flash client perspective.

4. Proven track record of detection, optimization and compatibility techniques with Flash and Adobe products

5. Showcases of prior professional interactive Flash-based products are accessible on the Internet.

6. Past game development experience is a plus.

7. iOS development experience is a plus.

8. Good communication skills.
